Yumma Swami’s PCMC outlet needed more than just a launch – it needed a social media identity that brought the flavours of South India to life. Far & Wide crafted a full-funnel strategy to engage audiences, build hype, and drive footfall.
Challenge & solutions
Yumma Swami’s PCMC outlet was new to the market, and awareness among local audiences was to be created. The key was to introduce the brand authentically, create consistent engagement, and drive footfall while reflecting the rich South Indian culinary heritage.
Far & Wide crafted a holistic social media strategy aligned with the brand’s visual identity. Pre-launch CGI content generated excitement, while trend-led posts, influencer collaborations, and interactive content maintained engagement. Social media became the outlet’s voice, showcasing signature dishes, highlighting unique experiences, and building a local foodie community. By continuously engaging with the audience, creating geo-targeted content, and leveraging influencers, the strategy turned online curiosity into consistent visits, positioning Yumma Swami as a must-visit culinary destination in PCMC.

Impact
Over one year, Yumma Swami’s PCMC outlet achieved strong social media visibility with consistent engagement across Instagram and Facebook. Influencer campaigns and trend-based content helped maintain regular footfall, while interactive posts fostered a loyal local community.
The campaign successfully translated social media presence into tangible visits, establishing Yumma Swami as a preferred South Indian dining experience in PCMC. By focusing on sustained engagement, visual storytelling, and authentic brand representation, the outlet saw a steady stream of repeat and new visitors throughout its first year.
I love this theme. Sometimes it’s difficult to work with some themes, because even if they are created with Elementor, you can’t edit all the things with Elementor. Is not the case of Bili. All is created with Elementor and you don’t need Elementor Pro. Definitely recommended.
They have really taken their time to work appearance of the theme, also, they have a very intereactive client assistance service.
